Track Print Activity
See when documents were printed and who printed them. Track all printing activity for auditing and compliance purposes.

Print History shows a log of all documents that have been printed in the system. Track when packing lists, shipping labels, picking summaries, and other documents were printed. View print details, download PDFs, and filter by date range or order number. This helps audit printing activity and reprint documents when needed.
See when documents were printed and who printed them. Track all printing activity for auditing and compliance purposes.
Download previously printed PDFs. Click on PDF filenames to download and reprint documents when needed.
Filter print history by date range or order number. Find specific print records quickly using search filters.
Maintain a complete audit trail of all printed documents. See print dates, document types, and users who printed them.
Navigate to Print History
Click Log Print in the warehouse navigation menu. The page loads showing all print history records in a table.
View Print History Table
Browse records showing ID, Printed (PDF filename), Shipping#, Printed Date, Type, and User.
Filter Records
Use search filters to find specific print records by Shipping# or Printed Date.
Download PDFs
Click on PDF filenames to download and view previously printed documents.

Click on any PDF filename in the “Printed” column:

Type order ID (Ship#) in the Shipping# search field.
Select Search Type
Choose search type (Exact phrase, All words, or Any word).
Click Search
Click Search (*) button to apply search.
View Results
Table updates showing only print records matching the Shipping#.
Open Start Date Picker
Click calendar icon next to first Printed Date field.
Select Start Date
Choose start date from calendar picker.
Open End Date Picker
Click calendar icon next to second Printed Date field.
Select End Date
Choose end date from calendar picker.
Click Search
Click Search (*) button to apply date range filter.
View Results
Table updates showing only print records within selected date range.
Find Print Record
Browse table or use filters to find the print record you want.
Click PDF Filename
Click on the PDF filename in the “Printed” column.
View PDF
PDF opens in a new window/tab.
Print or Save
Use browser print function to print, or save PDF for later use.
Click Column Header
Click on any sortable column header (ID, Printed, Shipping#, Printed Date, Type, User).
View Sorted Results
Table sorts by selected column in ascending order.
Reverse Sort
Click column header again to reverse sort order (descending).
Open Records Per Page Dropdown
Find “Records Per Page” dropdown at bottom of table.
Select Number
Choose number of records to display (10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 500, or All Records).
View Updated Table
Table updates showing selected number of records per page.
Click Reset Button
Click Reset button in search form.
Clear Search Fields
All search fields are cleared.
Click Show All
Click Show all link to remove all filters and show all records.
View All Records
Table updates showing all print history records.
Use date range filters to focus on recent prints. Filter by specific week or month to review recent printing activity.
Use Shipping# search to find all prints for a specific order. Useful when tracking all documents printed for an order.
Download important PDFs for record keeping. Store PDFs in a secure location for compliance and auditing.
Filter by Type to see what types of documents are being printed most often. Helps identify printing patterns.
Filter by User to see printing activity by specific users. Useful for training and auditing purposes.
Adjust records per page based on your needs. Use smaller page sizes (10-50) for faster loading, or “All Records” for complete export.
