Service Summary lets you view a detailed summary of all warehouse service invoices. It shows complete information about handling, storage, man hours, software development, and other service charges, with the ability to search, filter, and export data for analysis and reports.
See all invoiced services in one place, including handling, storage, man hours, and additional warehouse services.
Search invoices by statement number, account, date, payment status, or statement WH number to find specific information quickly.
The system automatically calculates totals for each service type and general physical total for quick cost analysis.
Export data to CSV for external analysis, custom reports, or integration with other accounting systems.
Access related warehouse statements directly by clicking the Statement# WH number in each row.
Monitor which invoices are paid and which are assigned to maintain accurate financial status control.

Access the page
Navigate to Billing > Service Summary from the main menu or access directly at /InvoiceViewWHlist.php.

Review the invoice list
The table shows all service invoices with the following columns:
- Statement Number: Unique invoice number
- Account ID: Associated account name
- Invoice Name: Invoice name
- Statement Date: Statement date
- Initial Date: Initial date of billed period
- Last Date: Final date of billed period
- Paid: Indicates if the invoice is paid (checkbox checked = Yes)
- $ Handling WH: Warehouse handling cost
- $ Storage WH: Warehouse storage cost
- $ Man Hour WH: Warehouse man hour cost
- $ Software Development WH: Software development cost
- $ Handling plus WH: Additional handling cost
- $ Refunds WH: Refund processing cost
- $ Warehouse Services WH: Other warehouse services
- $ Total Physical: Physical total of all services
- Assigned: Indicates if the invoice is assigned (checkbox checked = Yes)
- Statement# WH: Warehouse statement number (click to view details)

Search for specific invoices
Use the advanced search form to filter by:
- Statement Number: Search by exact number
- Account ID: Select a specific account from the dropdown
- Statement Date: Select a date range using calendars
- Paid: Filter by paid or unpaid invoices
- Assigned: Filter by assigned or unassigned invoices
- Statement# WH: Search by statement WH number
You can also use basic search by entering text in the search field and selecting search type (Exact phrase, All words, Any word).

Sort columns
Click any column header to sort data. An arrow icon indicates sort direction (ascending or descending).

View totals
At the bottom of the table, you’ll see automatically calculated totals for each service type and general physical total.

Export data
Click Export to CSV at the top of the page to download all visible data in CSV format.

Access statement details
Click the number in the Statement# WH column to see complete details of the related warehouse statement.
- Statement Number: Unique number that identifies each service invoice
- Account ID: Name of client account associated with the invoice
- Invoice Name: Descriptive name of the invoice
- Statement# WH: Related warehouse statement number (clickable link)
- Statement Date: Date when the statement was generated
- Initial Date: First date of the billing period
- Last Date: Last date of the billing period
- $ Handling WH: Total cost of warehouse handling services
- $ Storage WH: Total inventory storage cost
- $ Man Hour WH: Cost of manual work hours by warehouse staff
- $ Software Development WH: Cost of custom software development services
- $ Handling plus WH: Additional special handling costs
- $ Refunds WH: Costs related to refund processing
- $ Warehouse Services WH: Other miscellaneous warehouse services
- $ Total Physical: Total sum of all invoiced physical services
- Paid: Indicates if the invoice has been marked as paid
- Assigned: Indicates if the invoice has been assigned for processing
Advanced search lets you filter by multiple criteria simultaneously:
- Statement Number: Exact search by number
- Account ID: Specific account selection from dropdown
- Statement Date: Date range using calendars (format: yyyy/mm/dd)
- Paid: Filter by payment status (Yes/No)
- Assigned: Filter by assignment status (Yes/No)
- Statement# WH: Search by statement WH number
Basic search searches multiple fields simultaneously:
- Invoice Name
- Paid
- Description
- Bank Confirm
- Date Status Change
- Hidden
- Storage
- Settled
You can choose between three search types:
- Exact phrase: Searches for the exact phrase
- All words: All words must appear
- Any word: Any word can appear
- Click Export to CSV at the top of the page
- The CSV file will download with all currently visible data
- Data includes all columns shown in the table
The table shows 20 records per page by default. You can change this using the Records Per Page dropdown at the bottom:
- 10 records per page
- 20 records per page (default)
- 50 records per page
- 100 records per page
- 200 records per page
- 500 records per page
- All Records (all records)
Use pagination controls (First, Previous, page numbers, Next, Last) to navigate between pages.
Review Service Summary regularly to stay up to date with service charges and detect discrepancies early.
Export data monthly for trend analysis and cost comparison between periods.
Use date and account filters to focus on specific periods or clients when investigating costs.
Always verify totals at the bottom of the table to ensure calculations are correct before processing payments.
Use links to Statement# WH to get complete details when you need additional information about specific services.
Export and save copies of Service Summary to maintain historical billing records.
- Verify that you have Warehouse Billing permissions
- Make sure service invoices exist for your account
- Hidden invoices (Hidden = ‘Y’) are not shown in Service Summary
- Invoices with TotalService = 0 are not shown
- Totals are automatically calculated based on visible records
- If you’ve applied filters, totals reflect only filtered records
- Verify that all services are correctly registered in the system
- Make sure you have export permissions
- Verify that there is visible data to export
- Try refreshing the page and exporting again
- Verify that the Statement# WH number exists in the system
- Make sure you have permissions to view warehouse statements
- Contact the administrator if the problem persists
