- Complex reports (all accounts, long date range): 15 minutes to 3 hours
- Very large reports: Up to 3 hours
Pending Status

Select date ranges that match your reporting needs. Shorter ranges process faster. For monthly reports, use “Last Month” preset instead of custom dates.
Large reports can take time to process. Check the status column periodically. Reports remain available for download once completed.
Apply filters to narrow down large datasets. This makes reports more focused and can improve processing speed. Filter by account, status, or other criteria when available.
Download completed reports as soon as possible. While reports are stored, it’s best practice to download and archive important reports locally.
Prefer the modern interface at standard_reports_csv.php for easier report generation. It offers visual cards, better filtering, and scheduling options.
For reports you need regularly, use the scheduling feature in the modern interface. Set up automated reports to run daily, weekly, or monthly.
Report Stuck on “Pending” or “Processing”
- Reports process in the background and can take time
- Wait at least 15 minutes before checking again
- Very large reports (all accounts, long date ranges) can take up to 3 hours
- If stuck for more than 3 hours, contact support

Can’t See Expected Report Types
- Some reports are only available based on your user level

- Admin-only reports (Holistic Shipping Spend) require Admin level
- Some reports require specific modules to be activated
Download Link Not Working
- Ensure the report status is “Completed”
- Try refreshing the page
- Check your browser’s download settings
- If the file is very large, download may take time
Report Takes Too Long to Process
- Large date ranges increase processing time

- Consider breaking large reports into smaller date ranges
- Use the modern interface scheduling feature for regular reports
Can’t Generate Report
- Verify all required fields are filled (Account, Date Range)
- Check that you have permission to generate reports
- Ensure your account is active
- Try using the modern interface at
