Bin History is a complete audit trail that shows all changes made to bins in your warehouse. Every modification, movement, processed order, replenishment, correction, or update is recorded with complete details including who made the change, when, what exactly changed, and the affected quantity.
This functionality allows you to track the complete history of any bin, understand how it reached its current state, investigate inventory discrepancies, and maintain a complete record of all bin transactions.

Each record includes event type, changed quantity, current quantity, responsible user, and additional comments.
View accumulated stock after each transaction. Understand how quantities changed over time.
Navigate to Bin History
Access /BinHistory_Allpacklist.php directly or from other bin views look for the “Bin History” or “History” option.
Select a specific bin (optional)
If you come from a specific bin view, history may be automatically filtered for that bin. You can also filter manually afterward.
Verify your permissions
Make sure you have Inventory_Allpack level permissions with listing capability. If you don’t have permissions, you’ll be redirected to login.
The page automatically displays all history records in a table with the following columns:
Use the custom filter
At the top of the page, you’ll find a “Custom Filter” form.
Enter your search term
Type the term you’re looking for in the text field.
Select the field to filter
Choose the specific field from the dropdown menu:
Select “Whole words only” (optional)
Check this option if you want to search for exact matches of complete words.
Click Apply Filter
The table will automatically filter showing only records that match your search.
Clear filter
Click “Reset Filter” to view all records again.
Click column header
Click any column header to sort by that field.
Toggle ascending and descending
Click the same header again to toggle between ascending and descending order.
Sort by multiple fields
You can sort by any column: Date, BIN, Sku, Type, ID, Company Name, Qty, or Qty Actual.
Use pagination controls
At the bottom of the table, you’ll find pagination controls.
Navigate between pages
Use the “Prev” and “Next” buttons or click directly on page numbers to navigate.
View more records
The table shows 100 records per page by default. Navigate between pages to see more history.
History records different event types. Here are the most common:
Each event type has specific information in the “Comment” column that provides more context.
The system automatically calculates:
Qty: The quantity changed in this specific transaction
Qty Actual: The accumulated quantity after this transaction

The system allows filtering by:
Use Bin History to investigate inventory discrepancies. Filter by bin and date to find unexpected changes.
Sort by descending date to see the most recent changes first. This helps you identify current issues.
If you’re looking for a specific type of change (for example, only orders), filter by “Type” to see only those events.
Review the “Qty Actual” column to verify that accumulated quantities are correct. This helps identify calculation errors.
Read comments in each record to understand the context of the change. Comments provide valuable information.
If you need more detailed analysis, consider exporting the data or using other reporting tools for advanced analysis.
Problem: The table is empty or shows “No records found”.
